NOTE: Beginning April 22, 2024, a convenience fee will be applied to all credit card payments for the following types of transactions: Code Enforcement, Planning, Short Term Rentals, and Business License. There is no convenience fee for e-check payments.

Payments for new applications and most renewal fees may be completed online with OneNV.us. ONE Regional Licensing and Permits Portal is your all-access on-line portal for business licensing and permit information. The portal is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Learn how to use the regional portal and register for a customer account.
- If you already have a business license, but have not used our online tool (OneNV.us), the business license team needs to "link" accounts. Please email businesslicense@washoecounty.gov.

Payments for late or penalty fees may be submitted by mail or in person. Please contact our team at businesslicense@washoecounty.gov for additional support.
Washoe County accepts credit cards, check and exact cash for payments. Credit Card payments are accepted online and in-person. Check payment is accepted by mail or in person. Exact cash payments are accepted in person*.
