Annual & Audit Reports

In accordance with County Code 15.569, the internal auditor shall submit each audit report to the audit committee for review prior to the submission to the board of county commissioners. A copy shall be filed with the county clerk. Additionally, the internal auditor shall submit an annual report to the audit committee for review prior to the submission to the board of county commissioners indicating audits completed, major findings, corrective action taken, and significant findings which have not been fully addressed.
