Project One
Juvenile Services has joined with the 2nd Judicial District Court, Family Division and the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges (NCJFCJ) to implement Project One.
The mission of the Second Judicial District Court Project ONE collaborative is to improve outcomes for children, juveniles, and families through streamlining court processes, sharing information between parties, informing practice with data, and coordinating care to provide holistic and innovative service options, thereby, changing the trajectory of families’ lives in order to positively impact our community.
Project ONE stands for One Family, One Judge, No Wrong Door, and Equal Access to Justice.
Project ONE implements the One Family One Judge model which collates all cases involving one family before one judicial officer.
