Virtual Court

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Sparks Justice Court will hold out of custody matters virtually through Zoom until further notice. Mandatory Status Conferences and Pretrials will not be included on the Zoom hearings, unless specifically requested to be heard via Zoom.


  1. The court must give you a date to appear and confirmed you may appear via Zoom before you can register.
  2. You must register for the date the court provided you by finding the date below and follow the prompts.
  3. Your device must have a camera and microphone to participate in these hearings. Please test your device before the hearing date by clicking here.
  4. If you are scheduled for an arraignment, please review the arraignment video for your case type. 



IMPORTANT NOTE: if you register for a hearing date that was not confirmed with the court, your registration will be canceled. A notice of registration cancellation will be sent to the email address provided. 

Documents for a hearing must be provided to the court forty-eight (48) hours prior to the hearing or the court may continue the hearing.

There may be other parties appearing on the session based on the calendar, so please wait for your case to be called. Additionally, please dress appropriately for court.

To register for your Zoom hearing, find your case category below (Criminal/Traffic or Civil). Locate the date and time you're required to appear and select the link. The link will direct you to a Zoom page for you to enter your name and email address. An email with the invite information will be sent to the email address you provided.
