Enjoy a Special TED Session ... FREE @ your library®
The Downtown Reno Library Will Stream Session 3 of the TED2019 Conference: Thursday, April 25, 2019.

Washoe County Library System has teamed up with TEDxUniversityofNevadaLive to present a free session of the TED2019 Conference: Bigger Than Us!  The Downtown Reno Library will stream Session 3 of the TED2019 Conference focusing on Intelligence.   Attendees will learn about DNA, remote controlled robots, genome editing, building confidence in instruction, camouflaged deep sea creatures, illusions, breakthrough visual effects, and more. This session originally aired live this month in Vancouver, Canada. Session 3 speakers include: David Deutsch, David R. Liu, Brittany Packnett, Roger Hanlon, Derren Brown and Doug Roble. Come down to the library and check it out.

TEDxUniversityofNevadaLive will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2019 from 12-2 pm at the Washoe County Library System - Downtown Reno Library Auditorium located at 301 South Center Street in Reno.  Attendees are welcome to bring snacks and drinks to this free event.  For more information on the conference please visit https://ted2019.ted.com.  This event is free and open to public, and attendees are welcome to come and go as their schedule permits.
