Washoe County is looking for the public’s input on potential Development Code Amendments relating to:
To possibly add a provision for addressing density/intensity standards and lot sizes for nonconforming lots;
To remove from Table 110.410.10.3, the parking space requirement for Personal Storage Uses for 1 loading space per unit.

The Washoe County Community Services Department’s Planning and Building Division is hosting a public workshop regarding proposed amendments to Washoe County Code Chapter 110 (Development Code) relating to:
- Article 406 – Building Placement Standards, to add to Section 406.05, General, a provision concerning nonconforming lots density/intensity of development on the parcel and the setbacks. Click HERE to access the Draft Ordinance; and

Washoe County staff will be available to discuss the proposed amendments from 5:00 pm to 6:00 p.m. Following public input, the amendments will be discussed by the Washoe County Planning Commission. The public hearing is tentatively scheduled for the May 7, 2019 Planning Commission meeting starting at 6:30 p.m.
