Reno, NV - The Washoe County Health District will present food safety workshops about Service Animals and Food Facilities on January 10 and January 11, 2017. All members of the public are encouraged to attend, particularly those working in the food service industry, and especially those working in restaurants, grocery stores and markets.

At the workshops, Washoe County Health District Environmental Health Services staff will educate participants about how service animal laws affect the restaurant industry, while the Retail Association of Nevada and the Nevada Restaurant Association will present an industry perspective on Service Animals.
