Contacting your detained child
VISITATION / COMMUNICATION: If your child has been detained, you may communicate with him/her in one of three ways:Phone Calls: All phone calls from detention are collect and must be accepted by the receiving party for a call to be completed. Please be aware some phone services do not allow collect calls. If your phone service does not accept collect calls, you will need to contact our phone service provider at 1-888-729-4326 to set up an account. All collect calls are charged to the receiving party. One of these privileges is a daily phone call at no cost to the receiving party. You may also visit legacyinmate.com to set up an account. A communications app is available for Android and Apple phones. Mailed Letters: Detention will only accept post cards, no larger than 5x7.
