Washoe County, Reno, and Sparks recognize the need to have a single, permanently established, ready to operate Regional EOC location to perform individual and/or integrated EOC response services in support of jurisdictional emergencies or larger regional emergencies and disasters involving two or more jurisdictions.
Driving directions
From the "spaghetti bowl," take 395 North to Parr/Dandini exit.
East on Dandini, 3/4 around the traffic circle (you will see the concrete sign).
North on Spectrum (the long driveway from the traffic circle).

Joint Management
The REOC is managed jointly by the City of Reno, the City of Sparks, and Washoe County. These entities meet annually to maintain a unified approach to regional emergency operations. The FY20 meeting will occur on December 2, 2020 at 12:30p at the REOC. The agenda can be seen here.
