Stephanie is a Registered Nurse, wife, and Foster Parent. She recently became interested in running for the School Board after making the plunge into foster parenthood. While navigating the Washoe County School system she found the lack of resources and support have made a detrimental impact on her foster children's education. But in considering the situation at hand, she realized that she could sit around and complain about it, or she could set out to make a difference! Her goal is to empower Students, Parents, and Teachers with the resources for success!
