I am a proud graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno where I received by BS majoring in Economics and International Business with a Spanish Minor. I later returned to UNR to receive my MBA.
Current Occupation:
I work as strategic planning consultant and project manager. I help organization create and execute against strategic plans to drive efficiency and accountability.
Government Background:
I have helped many local governments, including WCSD, better understand their current position and use that as a starting point for positive change.
Reason for seeking position:
When my son was a kindergarten student at Jessie Beck Elementary, his classroom was repeatedly evacuated for safety reason caused by students with severe behavioral issues. The District refused to address these issues and placed the safety of the whole class in jeopardy. Its time for us to make a change and make the District serve the students.
