MISSION STATEMENT To develop and implement the County's Capital Improvement program to meet our customers' functional needs, budgetary constraints, and scheduling requirements. The Capital Projects Division is responsible for constructing and remodeling county facilities to meet the needs of our growing community by implementing Washoe County`s Capital Improvement Plan.
