Welcome to the Wilbur D. May Center!
The Wilbur D. May Center is an adventure for people of all ages. The Museum is a collection of rare and exotic artifacts, and a place to experience fun traveling exhibits and special moments. The Arboretum and Botanical Garden is an incomparable display and living museum of colorful flowers, creekside meadows, outdoor courtyards, and secluded benches.

This facility is dedicated to preserving the legacy of Wilbur D. May and his commitment to the education and well-being of the children of Reno. Wilbur May was a true renaissance man. He was an adventurer, rancher, artist, pilot, world traveler, businessman, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. May settled in Reno in 1936. He had a great concern for children, and became a long-time supporter of a variety of children's organizations in our area.
