County manager, TMFPD on hand at Gerlach Fire Station

Washoe County Manager John Slaughter visited Gerlach Fire Station 242 on Thursday, Dec. 31, 2015, as Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District implemented 24-7 fire and EMS services to Gerlach residents (Read letter to Gerlach residents).
TMFPD Chief Charles Moore, Deputy Chief Tim Leighton and staff inspected and upgraded equipment and vehicles during the visit.
