Foreclosure Information on County Website
A new public webpage has been developed to map foreclosure data at near-real time (within 24 hours). Users can pan and zoom to individual foreclosed properties and by clicking on the individual property symbol and basic information on that specific foreclosed property will be displayed. To access detailed property information, users can click on `more info` to open the Assessor`s Office `Quick Info` property table. It is a useful tool for investors who are searching for foreclosed properties in a specific neighborhood. The users can also turn on and off Commissioner District boundaries, planning areas, aerial photos and hill shades. Click on http://wcgisweb.washoecounty.us/Foreclosures.htm to access this site.
