Circulation Cards and Policy -- POLICY REVISED November 1, 2009. Click on underlined link below.

    A current circulation card is required to check out materials. If you would like to purchase a circulation card, please bring your completed application form, your photo identification, and the annual fee to the Washoe County Law Library. Do not mail the form. Residency requirements and fees are indicated in the file with the application form.

Collection Development Policy

Washoe County Law Library is a special library. The Library pursues a full range of books and technologically enhanced services that provide timely, accurate and efficient access to the sources of law, including local, state and federal government resources. The Law Library is a partial selective depository for U.S. government documents.

Fax Fees and Service Terms Policy

Use of the Law Library's fax machine, while a public service, is subject to the terms and condition of the Fax Service Terms Policy. Sending and receiving costs apply.

Internet Access and Computer Use Policy

The Law Library provides computers for public use for the purpose of legal research and study. All users of the library`s computers, internet access and electronic resources are bound by this policy.
