Supported Browsers
To access Washoe County's Online Recruitment system, you must use one of the following web browsers:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer (new versions of Internet Explorer 9 and above may require a Compatibility View Setting change)
- Mozilla Firefox; Version 1.0 or higher (newest versions of Firefox 4 and 5 and above are not supported)
Other browsers not listed above, such as Chrome and Netscape, are not supported. If you are running Mac OS you will need to run Mozilla Firefox to apply for a position. You may download a supported Browser from one of the following sites:
If you are unable to view the job listings and are using Internet Explorer version 9 or higher, you will need to change your Compatibility View Setting. Find out how to change your settings Internet Explorer 9 Compatibility View Setting.
Cookies must be enabled as they are used to track a user's session ID. Find out How to Enable Cookies.

If you are unable to access the Online Application on your computer, Help and public use computers are available in the HR offices at 1001 E. Ninth Street, Suite 220, during the normal business hours or at any of the Washoe County Public Libraries.
