Workforce Development 

The following is a general description of Human Resource Workforce Development functions and is not inclusive of all responsibilities of the Human Resources Workforce Development. 

• Workforce planning research, analysis and action plan development  

• Learning and Performance  

• Strategic Workforce Planning in departments  

• Support employees with Individual Development Plans linked to county priorities 

• Manage and implement County Training program in alignment with Board of County Commissioners priorities, goals and objectives.
