Labor Relations 

The following is a general description of Human Resource Labor Relations functions and is not inclusive of all responsibilities of the Human Resources Labor Relations.   

• Negotiates contracts between the County and the Labor Associations 

• Maintain positive Management- Labor relations between the County and its employees 

• Provides support for departments in resolving employee conflict 

• Represents the County in grievance and arbitration hearings 

• Interpret contract language
