Regional Emergency Snow Plow Route Maps
Reno, Sparks and Washoe County may designate a weather event as an emergency situation if an in-coming storm is predicted to drop more than a couple of feet of snow in the lower elevations, or there are forecasts of a series of storms doing the same. The Emergency Snow Plow Route Maps show plowed roads in red. All other roads are considered to be non-plowed during an emergency event.
