The Washoe County Public Defender's Office represents indigent parents in child abuse/neglect cases where children are removed from their homes.

The Washoe County Public Defender's Office represents clients in five specialty courts in Washoe County. These include Adult DUI court, Adult Drug Court, Veteran's Court, Mental Health Court, and Diversion Court. NNAMHS (Northern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services) clients are also represented as part of our services. |
