DCA12-001 - Proposed New Use Type:  Caretaker's Quarters
Articles 302 (Allowed Uses) and 304 (Use Classification System)


An application has been submitted by Olsen-Olsen Architects to amend Articles 302 and 304 to create a new use type, “Caretaker's Residence” to be allowed in Industrial Regulatory Zones.  This amendment will be discussed at an Open House to be held Monday, April 2, 2012 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m, at the Washoe County Administration Complex, Community Development Large Conference Room, Building A, 1001 E. Proposed Amendments to Article 438, Grading Standards

The Board of County Commission is scheduled to hold a first reading of a proposed Ordinance to amend the Washoe County Development Code concerning Group Homes March 13, 2012.  A second reading is requested for March 27, 2012.
