The Planning Commission heard proposed amendments to the Development Code pertaining to Wind Energy at their regularly scheduled meeting of April 4, 2010. At that public hearing, the Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the staff proposed draft with some minor modifications. The proposed amendments are next scheduled to be heard by the Board of County Commissioners for a first reading May 25, 2010, with a subsequent second reading and public hearing June 22, 2010.
