Our goal with this site is to provide easy access to information on the appraisal process for real and personal property and to provide you access to as much information as possible on specific properties at anytime.

Our Property Assessment Data pages are updated nightly and will give you information on specific real property parcels, both residential and commercial.

Our On-line data also includes Sales Information for the last several years and the 2013-2014 Assessment List for Washoe County, Nevada.

Businesses can complete their Personal Property Declaration online using eDec, and follow the status of their account.

Aircraft owners can also complete their Personal Property Declaration Aircraft Owner's Statements online.

Our Public Service page includes answers to frequently asked questions including individual exemption information.
