The Board of Equalization appeal form, designed by the State Department of Taxation, is available by calling or visiting our office. However, if you find that you are unable to contact or visit our office in time to file your appeal you may download then print the form from here.

The form must be completed and submitted to the Assessor's Office by the January 15th statutory due date. [NRS 361.340 (11)]
