REQUEST AN OFFICER PICK UP A CONFINED STRAY
If you have confined a stray animal at your residence or place of business you can request an officer respond to pick it up; officers are on duty from 7:00 am to 10:00pm 7 days a week. There may be delays during periods of high call volume. If you would like, you may bring the animal to the Animal Services Center at 2825-A Longley Lane Monday through Friday, between 10:00am and 5:00pm.
Note: Anyone wishing to surrender an "owned animal" must contact Nevada Humane Society at 856-2000.
Note: You must be present when the officer arrives in order for the officer to pick up the animal.
Cats are allowed to be at large.
Animal Services does not pick up cats unless they are injured, sick or have bitten someone.
