Assessor Parcel Maps

Assessor Maps The first three numbers of your assessor parcel number (APN) indicate the assessor map book where your parcel is drawn. The next two numbers reference the page within the assessor book; the sixth number is the block in which your property is mapped, and the last two numbers, between 01 and 99, reference a parcel within a block. Recorded Maps

Tract Maps | Parcel Maps | Survey Maps | Land Maps When a parcel of land is subdivided into more than four parcels, each smaller than forty acres, a subdivision Tract Map is recorded. If a parcel is divided into four or fewer parcels, each less than forty acres in size, a Parcel Map is recorded. In rural areas, Land Maps are typically used to divide property into any number of parcels of forty acres or larger. A Survey Map is recorded to illustrate area changes that have been made by deed from one adjacent land owner to another. Sometimes a Survey Map is recorded to illustrate existing property lines.

	Regional Snow Emergency Downloadable PDF maps that show which roads are plowed in Reno, Sparks and Washoe County during a designated emergency snow-related weather event. Roads that will be plowed are colored red.

Voter Precincts and Districts
	Voter Precincts and Districts Visit the Registrar of Voters website where you can download PDF maps of your precinct along with district maps including those for the state senate and assembly, county commission, Reno and Sparks wards, and others.
